Vitiello Communications Group (VTLO) is excited to announce our new management team. In response to the agency’s growth and increased business communications services, spanning internal, external, and creative, we have expanded the roles of two leaders and named three account directors responsible for customer experience, innovation and learning, and new accounts.
Jill Vitiello is now Chief Executive Officer, responsible for setting VTLO’s strategy and ensuring top-line growth. Nadine Green has been named Chief Operating Officer, with oversight for all agency operations.
“VTLO’s management team is focused on providing our world-class clients with increased operating efficiencies, greater innovation, and a superior customer experience,” said Green.
Meet the rest of the management team:
Kristen Erickson, Director, Customer Delivery. Kristen will provide direction and leadership to a variety of project teams for all long-term engagements.
“I’m looking forward to helping VTLO’s account teams work more effectively and efficiently to provide our clients with a consistent, high-quality experience.”
Carol Feinberg, Director, Innovation and Learning. Carol will lead learning, development and quality assurance, and will facilitate VTLO’s innovation incubator.
“I’m enthusiastic about bringing a new level of learning and best practices sharing to the VTLO team, which will make us even better at delivering excellent solutions and creative thinking to our clients. At VTLO, we already have a culture of teamwork and a passion for learning. I see my role as enhancing those qualities by providing opportunities to do more of that in a bigger way.”
Brian Keefer, Director, New Accounts. Brian will grow VTLO’s portfolio of clients, working closely with the CEO and other VTLO team members, and in creating new products and service offerings.
“I connect with our new clients and initiate their partnership with VTLO. My position allows me to focus on the needs of our first-time clients as we build the enduring relationships for which VTLO is known.”
