Vitiello Communications Group (VTLO) is proud to share the findings from our 2017 annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. We are committed to listening to our customers and taking action to guarantee an excellent customer experience. Thanks to the many clients who responded to the survey. Here’s what we learned: 98 percent said VTLO met all expectations and 97 percent said we met all business objectives. All 100 percent of respondents said they would hire VTLO again and the same percentage would recommend our services to others. Additionally, everyone responded that VTLO team members provide high quality work, are easy to work with, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

According to a survey conducted by Constant Contact, 82 percent of businesses say loyal customers are the top way to grow business. We whole-heartedly agree and attribute our ongoing success to the enduring, productive relationships we’ve built with our customers. To be sure we continue to anticipate and meet our clients’ emerging needs, we expanded our service offerings earlier this year to provide internal, external and creative communications.
In response to feedback, two of our main focus areas in 2018 will be on innovation and best practices. We are passionate about helping our customers leverage strategy and multi-media content to relate to and engage their key stakeholders.
